Renovation

The villa got extensively renovated in 2018 and we spent more than 1.5 mil MYR (400.000 EUR).
The front half of the house was demolished and new re-build.
All water pipes were exchanged and replaced with stainless steel pipes. 

New electric wiring  with nearly 4000 meter electric cable, 800 meter internet cable, 86 electric outlets and 56 circuit breakers.

Different than others

  1. All windows imported from Germany. High-end double glass windows with thermo-bridges and high sound insulation. Unlike Malaysian windows this windows open to the inside (easier to clean and moscito nets better to install).
  2. Front door and inside doors imported from Germany. Soft closing.
  3. Rail-free aluminum auto-gate 
  4. Roof tiles  painted with thermo-shield (Australia) what reduce the thermal-effects of the sun for more than 40%.
  5. Outside roofing constructed with double sandwich PE material what filters UV rays as well as IR rays. Imported from Switzerland.
  6. 3rd floor roof insulted with aluminum fitted rockwool to further enhance the thermos insulation.
  7. Electric outlets and switches from France
  8. Double gas bottles for the gas ranges are outside of the house

      Very specious balcony. About 400 sqf provides enough space to host a small reception. The installed outdoor fan was the biggest fan you could get on the market.

      The upper balcony with its beautiful views is especially enjoyable in the evening.

      In the third floor is only a half bathroom installed, but it could without a lot of effort remodelled.
